We are seeking energetic and friendly attendants to provide exceptional service to our guests through valet parking and directional traffic services in Downtown Delray Beach. Depending on the assignment, you will park and retrieve guest vehicles or direct incoming traffic and guide drivers to available parking, helping create a safe, smooth, and positive experience from arrival to departure.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods outdoors, and maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:

Valet Services

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles when necessary
• Park vehicles carefully and in compliance with safety guidelines
• Retrieve vehicles promptly when requested
• Ensure parked vehicles are locked and stored securely, with keys returned safely to the owner

Directional Services

• Direct vehicles safely into and out of parking areas and garages
• Guide drivers to available spaces to keep traffic flowing and lots filled efficiently
• Use hand signals, flashlights, or wands to communicate clearly with drivers
• Answer guest questions and provide directions to nearby venues and entrances
• Monitor for safety hazards and report incidents or issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Pass background check and DMV lookup
• Professional appearance and proper upkeep of uniform
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fluent English preferred; bilingual a plus
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to drive manual transmission a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour, plus tips on valet shifts

Schedule:

• Valet: Fridays and Saturdays (4pm - 12am)
• Directional: additional shifts as needed for events, which may include weekdays, Sundays, and evenings 

  typically 4 to 6 hour event shifts

• Flexible availability preferred
